Trip Itinerary

Morning – Departure and Preparation

  • 🚐 Pick-up from Pokhara around 7:00 AM and drive for about 2 hours to the rafting starting point at Baglung Bridge.

  • 👋 Meet your rafting crew and receive a safety briefing on paddling techniques, equipment, and river rules.

  • 🥪 Enjoy a light snack before starting your river journey.


Midday – Rapids and River Fun

  • 🌊 Begin your adventure with exciting Class III–IV rapids, including stretches known for powerful waves and quick turns.

  • 🏔️ Paddle through turquoise waters surrounded by Himalayan cliffs and small waterfalls.

  • ⛱️ Take a short break on a sandy beach along the river to relax and enjoy the view.


Afternoon – Adventure and Scenery

  • Continue downstream through more thrilling rapids, dramatic gorges, and scenic valleys.

  • Pass suspension bridges and remote villages, offering a glimpse into local life and culture.

  • 🦜 Keep an eye out for birds and wildlife along the banks.


Evening – Return to Pokhara

  • Reach the take-out point at Beni Kushma in the late afternoon.

  • 🚗 Drive back to Pokhara (approx. 2 hours) and drop off at your hotel — adventure complete!


Who Can Join

  • Suitable for both beginners and experienced rafters.

  • Minimum age: 12 years and above (depending on river conditions).

  • Basic swimming skills recommended but not required.


Best Season
